Right now, PowerCell’s PS-5 system is up and running in a field hospital in Pretoria, South Africa. The purpose? To provide sustainable electricity from hydrogen. To be able to help during the pandemic means a lot. But we’re also a part of something bigger. The inquiries for fuel cells are increasing, especially in areas where the energy shortage is a challenge. I’m proud to be part of this evolution, and to be part of PowerCell, a company that truly wants to do good.

The best thing about working here is that we are working with new technology. We build fuel cell systems that are breaking new grounds. In addition, PowerCell is still a fairly small company and we all sit in the same building. The fact that people like myself, who develops software for our products, can just pop over to the salespeople or the scientists, creates a very creative environment. I’m proud of being a part of that.
