Your responsibilities will be
•    You will work as a senior Power Amplifier engineer for mobile telecom systems or microwave systems.
•    Transceiver RF system design and performance, quality and cost, analyze and design of RF related circuits and parts.
•    To work with the latest technologies within the Power Amplifier, Study and investigate roadmaps within the field and to be updated whit the coming technologies.
•    To understand and utilize the vendors, factories to define the specification, work with related departments to select and customize components and manufacturing process for the target module.
•    The total competition superiority of the target transceiver module.

Qualification;
•    You have more a long experience of Power Amplifier design, skilled in work with ADS, Microwave office, HFSS or similar simulation tool
•    You have experiences in RF circuit design and in production and high volume product oriented design
•    You have knowledge and experience in PCB process, solder, material, RF modeling, component reliability and production test
•    Sensitive insight on novel RF technique and development trend
•    You speak and write English fluently at business level

Education;
Bachelor or masters or higher majoring in electrical and RF engineering or equivalent background

Personality;
•    You take initiative and you have a positive personality
•    You have good communications and presentation skills and are used to communicate and work in multicultural team environment
•    You have the ability to develop innovative solutions and prove them
