Your responsibilities will be
•    You will work as a Reliability engineer.
•    Work on analyze Reliability and availability trends and challenge in telecom industry.
•    Provide Best Practice Analysis of Reliability or Dependability Strategy and Operational in Telecom Industry.
•    Review internal reliability strategy and work process to identify improvement opportunities.
•    Guide product reliability design and test role as a reliability engineer.
•    Reliability new technology and hot topic research focus on HW reliability, high temperature using effect on product.
•    To understand and utilize the vendors, factories to define the specification, work with related departments to select and customize components and manufacturing process for the target module.
•    The total competition superiority of the target module.

Qualification;
•    Be accomplished in at least of reliability strategy and work flow, Reliability and availability analysis and design techniques which including reliability modeling, prediction, evaluation, reliability test, environment test etc.
•    Having relevant experience of reliability engineering, Have experience from telecom products.
•    Having experience of hardware reliability and design of electrical product development.

Education;
Bachelor or masters or higher majoring in electrical engineering or equivalent background

Personality;
•    You take initiative and you have a positive personality
•    You have good communications and presentation skills and are used to communicate and work in multicultural team environment
•    You have the ability to develop innovative solutions and prove them
