KPMG Transactions & Restructuring is part of KPMG Advisory and a global leading transaction adviser. We advise on the identification, structuring, negotiation and execution of all types of corporate transactions. Furthermore, we provide financial, strategic and operational due diligence and advice to clients before, during and after transactions as well as restructuring situations.

We are looking for talented individuals who fit into our dynamic team. Besides being socially out-going and high-performing, we are looking for driven candidates with a strong analytical mindset.

We prefer applicants to be recent graduates with a Master's degree in business, engineering or law, with a maximum of one year relevant work experience. Fluent, written and spoken, Swedish and English is a requirement.

The position will be based in Stockholm. Proposed start date is beginning of January 2011. Please attach CV, cover letter and university grade transcript. Note that incomplete applications will not be considered.
