HRS är ett shared service center under uppbyggnad i NCC koncernen. HRS funktionerna i respektive land ska leverera tjänster inom lön och HR-administration. HRS koncernfunktion kommer att bestå av HRS-Chef, HR-Controlller samt Business Solution Manager som är den roll vi nu söker en person till. Eftersom rollen innebär sammarbete med med HRS och IT-funktioner i hela NCC samt systemleverantörer utanför Norden krävs goda språkkunskaper och vi tillämpar därför NCCs koncernspråk engelska i rekryteringen.
Objective
Be the solution expert in NCC HR process development to influence development so that it is based on system standard solution, yet efficient for NCC HR. Support the development in order to identify and implement improvement to the group NCC HR processes. Act as the IT-buyer in relation to NCC IT, to ensure continuous improvement and efficient development of HR Group systems in relation to business process and reporting development and requirements.
Main tasks
- Lead the development and administration of Group HR initiatives of group common HR-systems
- Develop workflow analyses to facilitate improvements of system solution and integration of HR processes
- Lead development of business requirements specifications
- Document repeatable processes for functional roll outs
- Decide and submit system improvements requests to IT
- Collaborate with IT on GAP and enhancements required from requirements specification with system vendor,
- Plan and coordinate test and implementation of version upgrades with HR in all countries
- Responsible for system training and maintenance of user guides on group level (in English)
- Coordinates support and development with the System Development Administrators in each country
- Collaborates with IT System Manager on all technical support issues and system development
- Participates in HRS Management meetings to analyze existing systems and policies and recommends procedures improvements for efficient processes and HRS service delivery
- Reports to HRS Board regarding IT solution of business requirements and projects
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing procedures related to information systems support of the common systems within the HRS functions in each HRS established country, including system design, implementation, troubleshooting, training, and equipment acquisition
- Responsible for ensuring the local HRS IT process development and taking care of the fact that they are in line with globally agreed processes
- Responsible for ordering and follow-up IT deliveries from NCC IT function, including SLA/RSLA with IT Sverige
Education and experience
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management/Organizational Development and/or IT/Business Development or equivalent. Preferred experience from IT/HR processes at large companies and with global HR system solutions and a minimum of 5 years experience working extensively with supporting HR systems including:
- Process development and workflow analyses
- Project management, especially within HR transformation and system implementation
Skills
- Overall grasp of HR processes, delivery models and efficient administrative processes
- Good system understanding
- Understand how the HR processes can be translated to IT solutions, i.e. has the knowledge to put established models and methods into practice and apply best practice within the responsibility area
- Good English skills (written & oral)
